Per website

At cPFence, we’re always listening to our users. Many of you have shared your unique needs, especially those managing fewer websites but spread across more servers. In response, we’re excited to announce a new, flexible pricing model designed specifically with you in mind!

In addition to our popular flat rate of $5 per server, we now offer a per-website option—just $0.10 per website! This new model gives you the freedom to choose the pricing structure that works best for your business, whether you’re running multiple servers with fewer websites or managing a wide range of sites. Please note that the per-website pricing model has a minimum charge of $5, ensuring you always receive the best value for your security needs.

Only main domains count – just like Enhance. Service, add-on, platform (panel, phpMyAdmin, webmail), and staging sites are never counted. Switch freely between per-site and per-server billing anytime. Start small, scale smart.

To get started with per-website billing, please follow the instructions in this link: How to Activate Per Website Pricing on My Account.

With cPFence, you get comprehensive security and the choice to pay the way that works best for you.

Try out our new pricing today and optimize your costs while keeping your servers and websites secure.

  • using the enhance panel, what counts as a website? is that an individual package, including add-on domains, or every individual vhost?
are the platform domains, ie, the enhance panel, phpmyadmin, global roundcube instance also charged for as part of the per website billing? what about any staging sites?
how easy is it to switch from per website billing to per server billing at a later date?

    • Only main domains are counted, similar to Enhance’s billing model. Service domains, add-on domains, and platform domains like the panel, phpMyAdmin, or webmail are not counted, and staging sites aren’t counted either.

You can switch between per-website and per-server billing at any time as your needs change. Starting with per-website billing for smaller setups and moving to per-server billing later is very common.

  • Per server, is that per app server in enhance, or do you charge the $5 per email, or dns server etc?

    • Hello Quinton,

The $5 per-server pricing applies to any Enhance server, regardless of its role—App, Email, DNS, or Control Panel. All are counted the same under the per-server model.

If you opt for the per-website pricing model instead, then all your servers will be included, and you’ll be charged $0.10 per website.
