Change IPs on a bulk server license

Bulk Server Unlimited license IP changes are handled by support. Use the account that owns the license in the client area.

Add or remove an IP

1. Open a support ticket identifying the bulk license service.
2. List the server IPs to add or remove and which existing IPs must remain licensed.
3. Wait for support to confirm the change, then run cpfence --status as root on the affected servers.

Keep existing bulk-license IPs

Do not use License Reissue for a bulk license: it resets the licensed IP list and can affect your existing servers. Ask support to add or remove IPs instead.

If a server is still unlicensed, reply to the same ticket with its status error. Keep your key private. A per-website license uses a different IP synchronization process.
