Manage plugin auto updates form with Operation, Plugin slug and Verify slug

Choose the Operation and verify the Plugin slug before reviewing the selected targets. Select the image to view it full size; use your browser’s Back command to return.
  1. Review the action and targets, then confirm. Read every site’s final result, including skips. Finished can include failed sites; see Read the outcome.

This changes the selected extension’s future update policy. It does not update the extension immediately. Check the saved choice per site, including sites where the extension is absent.

From a root terminal on the server hosting the sites, enable automatic updates for a plugin slug:

Terminal window
cpfence --enable-auto-updates-plugin classic-editor

Or disable them for that plugin:

Terminal window
cpfence --disable-auto-updates-plugin classic-editor

Choose the intended command and replace classic-editor with your plugin’s slug. Review /var/log/cpfenceav/wp-sites-list.txt and the inventory confirmation first; this uses the server’s listed installations, not the checked WebUI rows.

Check each site’s final output and saved auto-update choice, including sites without the plugin. These commands do not update it immediately. Keep the server’s WordPress auto-update policy consistent if daily AutoShield applies a broader choice.
