Cancel a PayPal billing agreement

Cancel an agreement when you want to stop its automatic PayPal payments.

Automatic payments will stop

Arrange another payment method before removing the agreement to avoid a service interruption. Deleting the agreement stops its automatic payments.

Remove the agreement

1. Sign in to the cPFence client area.
2. Open Billing → Payment Methods.
3. Find the PayPal entry and select Delete next to it.

This cancels the agreement on both the cPFence and PayPal sides. Future automatic payments through that agreement stop. Review your invoices and pay by another method when due.

If you cannot find the entry or cancellation fails, open a billing ticket for help.
